The model

CSR is the methodology, not an add-on.

Instiform never creates an artificial project. Apprentices join one your company is already running, guided by the person who was already responsible for it — or their delegate.

Who does what

Three things on your side. Everything else on ours.

Your company does

3 STEPS
  1. 1Designate the task owner as Mentor.
  2. 2Let apprentices join the real project.
  3. 3Receive documentation and CSR reporting.

Instiform carries

EVERYTHING ELSE
  • Syllabus-like integration for the Mentor
  • Recruitment, matching and preparation
  • Mentoring cadence and milestones
  • Pay administration and safeguarding
  • End-of-project documentation

How payment flows

Two routes. Always disclosed.

Compare both in the estimator

ROUTE A

Through Instiform

One fee to Instiform. Instiform pays apprentices and keeps a clearly stated share, agreed in writing before anyone starts.

ROUTE B

Direct pay + service fee

Your company pays apprentices directly and pays Instiform a separate fee for integration, matching, Mentor support and documentation.

Apprentice pay is never left to goodwill. No fee level is fixed — terms are agreed per partner and validated in the pilot.

Value for everyone

Everyone at the table walks away with something real.

Apprentices

  • Real projects in real workplaces
  • Paid for their services as they learn
  • A Mentor's recommendation
  • Work samples and a verifiable record

Mentors

  • Pass on knowledge and leave a legacy
  • Extra support on suitable work
  • Spot future collaborators
  • Recognition for developing others

Corporations

  • Real contribution to work already underway
  • Reportable, verified CSR outcomes
  • A low-commitment talent pipeline
  • Instiform carries the structure
