About
About Instiform, the company behind Altᵗ
Instiform, the company behind Altᵗ (Alternative Learning through Tutelage), runs paid, Mentor-guided early-talent apprenticeships on real corporate projects and delivers them to companies as corporate social responsibility (CSR).
- What Instiform does
- Instiform places paid apprentices on real, ongoing company projects. The person who already owns the work becomes their Mentor, and every hour is paid.
- What Altᵗ means
- Alternative Learning through Tutelage (Altᵗ) is paid, Mentor-guided learning on real projects.
- Who it is for
- Companies that want measurable CSR on work they already have, Mentors who own that work, and young people who want paid experience they can prove.
- What people leave with
- A Mentor's letter, a signed project record and work samples, so the learning is documented, not just claimed.
- Not to be confused with
- Instiform is not Insituform (pipe lining) and not Instaform (form building). It is an early-talent and learning company.
